4-H Online and FairEntry.... What's the Difference?

4-H Online (4HO)

4-H Online is the online enrollment system for the Ohio 4-H Program. To be a member of 4-H, you must enroll through 4-H Online by the county deadline (April 1st). 4-H Online enrolls the CHILD in a 4-H club and lists the project(s) they will be completing as a 4-H ember that year. 4-H Online helps OSU Extension professionals create club rosters, email lists, and so much more. Deadline: April 1st!  

FairEntry

 

FE

FairEntry is the online entry system used for the Holmes County Fair (and thousands of other county and state fair nationwide). Youth are required to complete FairEntry to be an exhibitor at the Holmes Co. Fair. FairEntry enter ANIMALS to be exhibited at the county fair in particular classes. FairEntry helps Junior Fair staff create showbills, sale reports, billing and checks, and so much more. Deadline: June 1st!

FAIRENTRY INFORMATION (FOR YOUTH TAKING ANIMAL PROJECT, THIS INCLUDES DOGS).

You will need you 4-H Online log-in.

Don't forget this is where you will pick your market/breeding classes along with if your choosing to show in showmanship.

You will also declare if you are choosing to show in Holme Co. Born & Bred or Market. Please note you can only show in one or the other, but if unsure please make sure to register for both!

Another fun add ons to sign up for are the Rate of Gain & Oustanding Exhibitor (market, breeding, equine, & dog). 

As a family unit, register ALL possible animals under each kid. Example: If you have back up hog(s)/lamb(s) ect. make sure each back up is registered under each childs entries.

RFID Tags: Make sure you enter the entire RFID # in the RFID field, all RFID tags are 15 digits long, do not enter the spaces! 

RFID for Market Rabbits & Poultry: You do not have a tag number(s), please put in 0000 so we know these tag numbers/band numbers/tattoo numbers will need to be updated.

Late Entries: Will be accepted but with an addition $50.00 late fee per animal. Contact the Holmes County Senior Fair Board for late entries.
