Holmes County Extension office is offering a study session prior to the private pesticide applicator exam on August 25th, 2026. The session is being held from 9am-noon at Paint Valley Farms. Located at 10550 Twp Rd 262, Millersburg OH 44654. The study session is geared towards those looking to become certified for private pesticide application. Study tips, common questions and test day preperation strategies will be discussed. 

There is a $25 fee that includes: 

• Core Manual
• Core Study Guide
• Study Guide for the category of your choice (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

Limited space is available. You MUST call the extension office (330-674-3015) to pre-register for the study session. 

ODA Private Pesticide Applicator Testing 

The exam will be held from 1-4pm at Paint Valley Farms 10550 Twp Rd 262, Millersburg OH 44654. You may register for the exam by calling 614-728-6987 or online. Due to limited space you may not be able to take the exam if you do not pre-register.
