All species EXCEPT POULTRY may complete their DUNF ahead of Sunday check-in. Poultry, please complete your DUNF at the time of check-in (Sunday, August 6th). A parent must be present at check in to sign and complete the DUNF form.
Parents do not need to be present at other livestock species check-ins if the DUNF has been completed ahead of time.
The link is live now for you to complete your DUNF. https://osu.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cOobQltF6XH15s2 it is highly encouraged to complete this for your species prior to Sunday check-in, this will help the check in process go smoother with most of the DUNF’s completed ahead of time.
Please complete and submit a DUNF for each market and or lactating animal(s) being brought to the fair and be sure to have proof ready to show at check-in if need be. Please submit a new DUNF as needed or directed by the Fair Vet, if needed during fair week.
Reminder ALL Livestock exhibits must display a completed Member/Animal Identification card provided by the Holmes County Fair. We ask that these be in place by 8PM on Sunday, August 6th. These cards can be picked up in the SFB office, or many club advisors have them ahead of time so check with your club!
