    Livestock sale photos MUST be submitted by July 31, 11:59pm to HCLivestockphotos@gmail.com Photos are to be in landscape orientation. Include the exhibitors name, club/chapter name and the livestock project.   

  8. Pullorum Testing - Appointment needed

    Jul. 28, 2026 5:00pm to 6:00pm

    Testing is by appointment ONLY between 5pm-6pm All poultry must have NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) paperwork from the hatchery where the birds were obtained. If you hatch your own birds or obtain them from anywhere other than an NPIP approved hatchery, the birds must have a pullorum  test 30 days or less prior to fair check in.  This test is at the cost of the exhibitor.  THIS PAPERWORK MUST ACCOMPANY THE BIRDS AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AT THE FAIR.

  10. Make Up Judging - Appointment needed
