Contributions to Holmes County 4-H may be made in several ways:

  • Current Gifts - Cash, securities, grain, livestock, property, corporate matching gifts
  • Planned Gifts - Life insurance, trusts, memorials

All gifts to the Holmes County 4-H Fund and Endowment Fund through the Ohio 4-H Foundation are gifts to The Ohio State University and as such are tax exempt to the extent permitted by the law.

In 4-H, we believe in the power of young people.  We see that every child has valuable strengths and real influence to improve the world around them.  4-H is America's largest non-profit youth organization empowering nearly six million young people across the U.S. with the skills to lead for a lifetime.

Holmes County 4-H Established Funds

Holmes County 4-H Fund (312403): To Support Holmes Co. 4-H used for Salary, Travel, Office Supplies, Program Supplies, Newsletters

Holmes County 4-H Endowment Fund (603258): The Endowment fund helps us ensure that our Holmes County youth are able to experience all that 4-H has to offer.  The Endowment is an interest-bearing account maintained at The Ohio State University.  Each year, the 4-H Advisory Committee receives an interest check from the Endowment fund.  The money is spent to send our youth to state and national camps, to train volunteers, for educational supplies and to promote 4-H in Holmes County.
