What is the Family Nutrition Program?

Classes teach participants about nutrition, meal planning, food shopping and food safety. The target audiences for the program are adults with limited resources. The Family Nutrition Program is sponsored by a grant of the Midwest Region Food and Consumer Service, United States Department of Agriculture.


How Can I Participate in the Family Nutrition Program?

You may contact Deb Massaro, FNP Program Assistant, at the Holmes County Extension Office, 330-674-3015, for additional programs and information. 


 
Family Nutrition Program Newsletter

Contact Deb Massaro, FNP Program Assistant, for a copy of the newsletter which is distributed to sites having eligible clientele. Examples of such sites are senior centers, food pantries, County Health Department, and the Department of Jobs and Family Services.
