Sharon Strouse County Director Community Development Educator The mission of The Ohio State University Extension Community Development Program is helping communities enhance their well-being. The Holmes County Community Development team of Sharon Strouse and Aletha Reshan, Community Development Program Assistant, serve the needs of residents and businesses by offering research and educational programming in a variety of areas such as those listed in the left column on this page.
